What is your job role at Fireward?

Carrying over 33 years extensive knowledge generated from within the Heavy Plant & Machinery market, I provide a good working empathy & knowledge base assuring our existing and prospective customers confidence & expectations are met. This is done with optimum level of professionalism and extensive quality assurance of the Fireward products, all supported by a second to none service department.

My role involves the planning and development of business within my region and assisting/supporting customers on a local and national basis. All while providing the optimum level in protecting our customers assets, their personnel, the environment, their productivity and their specific respected brand image.

What is the best part of working for Fireward?

Apart from working with a fantastic knowledgeable team of people and being part of an exciting growing business driven by the best senior management I have ever experienced, the Fireward Systems we offer provide protection, safety and security to all of our customers. Ensuring that "everyone goes home safe" is a phenomenal part of working for Fireward.

What is the favourite part of your job? 

Being part of a very passionate, motivated and supportive team within a growing company, working closely with customers in a myriad of different applications, adds a level of excitement as we, as company, are very professional about what we do.

Can you explain Fireward in three words?

Best Company Ever!

What is something that people don't know about you?

I care a lot about my colleagues and customers and want to always ensure they get the best from me, as my mantra is ‘what would I want’.

What's your food heaven and hell?

Love my food, but my favourite is a Sunday Roast…., oh and shellfish & I like a fish finger sandwich every now and then.
I can’t stand liver or even the smell, or jellied eels…… who would come up with those as food?

What's the most unusual thing in your desk drawer?

The fact my desk doesn’t have a draw is unusual in itself.

When you were younger, what did you want to be? 

A rock star, but alas, not having a singing voice, looks or ability to play instrument, is a slight hindrance!
