What is your job role at Fireward?

My name is Fred Dulwich and I am the Commercial Manager for Fireward. I have been working here for almost 2 years and my role involves working closely alongside the operations and sales team. As a team we ensure efficiency and operational excellence across the business, ensuring our customers across the country are looked after and protected with the pinnacle of fire suppression systems year-round.

What is the best part of working for Fireward?

I work with brilliant colleagues who always give me their support. It is great to be part of a hard-working, intuitive, and motivated team.

What is the favourite part of your job?

I enjoy the customer site visits as I get to see a wide variety of industries across the country. No two days are ever the same, one day I could be surveying in a busy port operation, looking at large bulk handling equipment; the next day I could be at food processing facilities looking at electrical panel protection.

Can you explain Fireward in three words?

Fire Suppression Excellence

What is something that people don't know about you?

I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro when I was 16 with my dad.

What's your food heaven and hell?

Food Heaven – Lasagne
Food Hell - Cucumbers, vile

What's the most unusual thing in your desk drawer?

A Fireward Red Rubber Duck.

When you were younger, what did you want to be?

A footballer for Nottingham Forest
