What is your job role at Fireward?

Key Account Manager- My role in Fireward is to manage all the key accounts including orders, prospects, future order plans and liaison between sales and operations.

What is the best part of working for Fireward?

Feeling part of the team! I feel part of a team because I can concentrate on sales and account management knowing that the operations and service are running seamlessly behind me.

What is the favourite part of your job?

Meeting new customers is always good because it means that we are attracting new business to Fireward that wasn’t there before.

Can you explain Fireward in three words?

Driven, enjoyable and teamwork

What is something that people don't know about you?

I’m the singer in a covers band ‘Breaking Point’. I did play the guitar until I cut a finger off on a table saw!

What's your food heaven and hell?

Food Heaven- Anything out of the sea
Food Hell- don’t really have a food Hell!

What's the most unusual thing in your desk drawer?

A Pink screwdriver

A Professional cricketer
