We recently installed our Dual Agent Automatic Fire Suppression System on a CAT 3250 Excavator, enhancing fire safety for critical rail infrastructure operations.
The Dual Agent system comprises of wet and dry suppression agents. The dry powder provides powerful fire knockdown and coverage, while the wet chemical agent cools superheated components of the engine to prevent reignition through strategically positioned nozzles in the engine bay.
